Jóhanna Ósk Halldórsdóttir has been appointed Managing Director of Seatours in Stykkishólmur. Jóhanna, who has a B.Sc. degree in Business Administration from the University of Bifröst, took the role of regional manager of Eimskip Westfjords earlier this year, and she will continue to hold that position. She previously worked for the fish farming company Hábrún and therefore knows the seafood sector in the Westfjords well. The ferry sailings in Breiðafjörður are an important link in public transport in the region and it is great to get Jóhanna on board and thus integrate even better all activities in the Westfjords.
Gunnlaugur Grettisson, who has been the Managing Director of Seatours since 2015, took the position of Managing director of Eimskip Sweden in Helsingborg earlier this year.
